Every player is unique. At The St. James, each family receives one-on-one attention, to align on goals, training, and growth plans. Our paid professional staff will never ask players to “do things” that we haven’t done ourselves, as we have lived out our passion for baseball and softball personally. We are leading by example and are proud of our experienced leaders and staff camaraderie.
